Overview.

Developed for the operational needs of Air Evac Lifeteam Base 28 in Effingham, IL, this suite of internal tools brings live flight data, supply management, inventory tracking, and historical statistics into a single cohesive platform built for a rotor-wing environment.

Tools.

The suite includes a Flight Statistics Dashboard, Monthly Flight Calendar, Supply Dashboard, Inventory Dashboard with expiration tracking, and an ABRAT Survey Status tracker — each purpose-built around real workflows identified from within the program.

Architecture.

Runs on a self-hosted Linux server with a Python/FastAPI backend feeding a modular frontend. Each tool shares a common design language, keeping the interface consistent regardless of which module a crew member is accessing.
